About Brighton Place  Brighton Place is a spacious green neighborhood of 140 well cared for homes, snuggled into the pines. Sidewalks meander through the plentiful common areas and park grounds. Neighborhood properties range in size from one-third to a full acre, which gives Brighton Place a nice open feeling. Near the southern entrance to the neighborhood is a large park for use by residents and their guests. We are located in Colbert, Washington, about 15 miles north of Downtown Spokane, near Greenbluff. Brighton Place was established in 1999, and was completed in 2004. The neighborhood resides in close proximity to three excellent schools in the Mead School District. Colbert Elementary and the new Mountainside Middle School are each less than a mile away. Mt. Spokane High School is less than three miles distant. The Brighton Place Homeowners Association is comprised of the neighborhood residents. A handful of dedicated volunteers populate our board and various committees.  |
